Return, Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Applicable to all orders placed on Impression Stamps

1. Nature of Product

Rubber stamps are made-to-order, customized goods manufactured strictly as per customer-approved artwork, text, logo, or specifications. Such goods fall under the category of personalized products and are not resalable.

2. No Return / No Refund Policy (Custom Products)

In accordance with applicable Indian e-commerce norms and standard trade practice:

  • Customized rubber stamps are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • No return, exchange, cancellation, or refund shall be permitted after:
    • Artwork/proof approval, or
    • Commencement of production, or
    • Dispatch of order.
  • All sales are final.

3. Customer Responsibility & Proof Approval Clause

  • Before production, a digital proof may be shared (where applicable).
  • Upon written/WhatsApp/email approval:
    • The customer confirms correctness of spelling, design, layout, statutory content, font size, and formatting.
    • The company shall manufacture strictly as per the approved proof.
    • No claims shall be entertained for errors present in the approved artwork.
  • Failure to carefully verify proof shall not create liability on the company.

4. Limited Replacement (Strictly Manufacturing Defects Only)

Replacement shall be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Physical damage during transit (must be visible in unboxing video)
  • Manufacturing defect in mechanism/body

Mandatory Conditions:

  • Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear unboxing video showing sealed package opening
  • Photographs of defect
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Order number and invoice must be provided

The company reserves the right to inspect and verify the claim. Decision of the company shall be final and binding.

5. Courier & Transit Liability

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch to courier partner.
  • The company is not liable for delays caused by courier, natural events, strikes, or force majeure circumstances.
  • Transit damage claims will be processed only upon submission of unboxing video evidence.

6. No Refund Clause

Refunds are not applicable for customized products. Refund shall be processed only if:

  • Replacement is not possible, and
  • The defect is conclusively attributable to manufacturing error.

Approved refunds shall:

  • Be limited strictly to product invoice value
  • Exclude shipping, COD, payment gateway, and handling charges
  • Be processed within 7–10 working days to original payment mode

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only:

  • Before proof approval (for custom orders), and
  • Before production commencement (for standard stamps)

Once production has begun, cancellation is not permitted.

8. B2B Orders (Bulk / Institutional Supply)

For bulk orders placed by schools, government departments, professionals, or companies:

  • No return or refund once production starts.
  • Minor aesthetic variation shall not constitute a defect.
  • Claims, if any, must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Bulk customized orders are strictly non-returnable.

9. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability of the company shall not exceed the invoice value of the product supplied. The company shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business
  • Loss of reputation
  • Consequential damages
  • Incorrect usage of stamp
  • Regulatory non-compliance of stamp content provided by customer

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
